The misguided and astray deviant sect known as the Hajaawirah (Haddaadi Ghulaat) have fought tooth and nail and swam seas and oceans in order to defend their leader, the extremist, Yahya al-Hajuri, in his position regarding the adhaan instituted by Uthmaan (radiyallaahu anhu). After the debate is exhausted and they are left with zero evidence in their hands, they continue to take this disastrous path, eventually citing "difference of opinion" as their defence, despite being claimants to evidence. The statement of one of them, Musa Millington on the al-Oloom website is presented in the image. He states, "Saying that the adhaan of Uthmaan is a bid'ah does not necessitate declaring Uthmaan bin Affaan an innovator." What follows is an extremely powerful and strong refutation of this sect and its leader from Shaykh Salih al-Fawzaan who was asked specifically about the position held by al-Hajuri and his followers, and we have an effective tabdee' from the Shaykh upon al-Hajuri and his followers.

Question: "Esteemed Shaykh, one of the du'aat (callers) says, "We do not declare Uthmaan (radiyallaahu anhu) an innovator - but we say that the first adhaan on the day of Jumu'ah is an innovation." He (the questioner) says, what is the ruling of this statement of his?"
Shaykh al-Fawzaan: "This itself is bid'ah (innovation), the man, this itself is bid'ah [to hold this position], he is an innovator. It is obligatory to withhold his tongue from the likes of this speech. Uthmaan is a rightly-guided caliph, and the Messenger (sallallaahu alayhi wasallam) said, "You must follow my sunnah and the sunnah of the rightly-guided caliphs after me..." Is this [speech of his against Uthmaan] from his eagerness for the Sunnah?? He declares the Companions innovators, declares the Caliphs innovators!! Is the Sunnah like this?! We ask Allaah for pardon! This is from ignorance (jahl) and not knowing the bid'ah from Sunnah. Yes."
